How do I buy a phone game?

Select the game you wish to download. Type your nickname and follow the on-site download instructions. Enter the relevnt game code and your nickname as a txt message and SMS it to the provided short code. After a few minutes a bookmark txt message will arrive on your phone and prompt you to download the game, the game will be installed for you to play!

I ordered a game and received a bookmark on my phone. What do I do next?

Make sure you save the bookmark then go to the bookmark in the Services menu on your phone. The game bookmark will be displayed and you will be prompted to download the game. When accepted the game will appear on the screen and enable you to save it and play!

How can I play the game after downloading it?

Simply go to games menu on your phone and the downloaded game will be there, waiting for you to play it!

Why am I experiencing difficulties downloading to my handset?

Firstly check your network coverage. If this seems fine then request a WAP configuration again to be certain. Now try again. To check if your phone is WAP enabled, please see above (the first FAQ).

What happens if the phone I'm sending to is switched off or out of coverage when I buy a game?

Don’t worry; your game will not be lost. As soon you switch your phone on again or come back into an area with coverage, the SMS text message will either come through or be in the queue to come through to your phone.
